Dear Garman

The 319 Ashdown Forest Lane was sold much lower than the value of other house with same basement on the same street by as much as $100K+. It pushed down value of all other houses in the community. My appraiser noticed that too when I am doing refinancing right now. It is not right and not responsible. Do you have a reason for that??

I also wonder how the you calculate your sq. ft of the house. This house (2 stories?) has almost same space as my 4 stories house (finished basement + 2 floors + finished attic) on the same street on almost same size of lot. You must have a very space efficient design.
