One of the best parts of my week is when I sign the stack of checks and pay our Trade Partners. So much of the money we spend to build Garman Homes stays right here in the Triangle. Companies such as Carnell’s Plumbing, Cortes Construction, Imperial Electric, and Weather Master HVAC...local companies such as these make up 85% of our Trade Partner team. Last year we injected over $5 million into these and other companies.

I am also very proud that we Give Back to local causes that are a priority to our team and our customers. Last year in Chatham County, we worked with our Trade Partners to build a Habitat for Humanity Blitz Home. And of course, we continue to give back $1,000 for each home we build to Durham Habitat for Humanity.
